The Community Care Team is a behind the scenes ministry who seeks to make a difference in the lives of our families and friends in crisis.  At our core, the ministry of the Community Care Team sees caring for our community as a deep privilege, responsibility and calling as we work to provide needed support during unfortunate times of hardship. It is a ministry one hopes is never needed, but is a gift to have it available when the need arises.

By journeying alongside people in life’s difficult moments (financial hardship, births, deaths, grief, etc), we seek to bring hope in the midst of what feels painfully hopeless.
